“Do something worth remembering.”
– Elvis Presley.
With the lead singer being blessed while in his
mothers womb by the legend and self
proclaimed King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Little Richard
himself, his destiny seemed already carved in
Rock ‘n’ Roll history. Growing up with a
singular ambition to play music, Will became an
accomplished drummer and song writer, then
formed White Eskimo, with one clear ethos,
‘Enjoy what you do’.
Will Sweeny (24) on lead vocals and guitar, Marcus
Chetwood (22) on lead guitar, Rob McIntosh (22)
on bass guitar and Alex Lewis (24) on drums, have
influences ranging from Blink-182 to Beethoven.
The band have been honing their talent in the live
venues of Liverpool, Manchester and London,
including sold out shows at The Cavern Club, the
O2 Indigo London and O2 Brixton.
Working with such producers as James Lewis
(Sunset Sons, Artic Monkeys, Rudimental) and Al
Clay (P!nk, Stereophonics, Blur, Pixies).
White Eskimo have recently performed with Liam
Gallagher, Peter Crouch and You Me at Six, at the
famous Crouch Fest in London. Only a week later,
they played to a sell-out audience of 5000 at the
Brixton O2 Academy.
